Terms and Conditions

The following Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and Senior Service Maps Incorporated (dba SSM Advisory) (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

Welcome to SSM Advisory. By accessing or using our services, including those delivered through our website www.ssmaps.com (“Website”) and third-party platforms Kajabi and Honeybook (“Supporting Platforms”), you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully.


1. CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE

SSM Advisory reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at its sole discretion. Updates become effective immediately upon notification (sent via email). Continued use of the Website or Supporting Platforms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


2. NATURE OF SERVICES – VIRTUAL CONSULTING ONLY

All consulting services offered by SSM Advisory are conducted virtually only. This means communication via email and the HoneyBook platform, which serves as our official client communication and customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

HoneyBook is a secure and centralized platform that allows us to organize all project-related messages, documents, invoices, scheduling, and progress updates in one place. By using HoneyBook, clients benefit from:

Streamlined communication: All messages and files are organized in one thread, reducing confusion and lost emails.

Transparency and accountability: You’ll have a clear record of all correspondence, deliverables, timelines, and agreements.


3. DISCLAIMER

All information and resources provided are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Clients are responsible for making their own decisions based on the materials and guidance received. 


4. ACCESS AND SECURITY

Website Availability: SSM Advisory may modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the Website or Supporting Platforms at any time. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account or materials is strictly prohibited.

Registration Info: All information provided must be accurate and current. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.


5. COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS

All consulting communications must be conducted through Honeybook and/or email.
SSM Advisory will respond to messages and emails within 3 business days, though responses normally occur sooner. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM EST.


6. COURSE & CONSULTING PACKAGE ACCESS

Upon payment, Clients will receive access to the Assisted Living Blueprint Course via Kajabi and up to five (5) hours of virtual consulting with Kwame Tanner and the SSM Advisory team.

All sales are final and non-refundable once course access has been granted, regardless of whether the course is completed.

Clients must complete the course to be eligible for consulting sessions.


7. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY

By enrolling in any program or consulting package, you agree that:

No credit card chargebacks or disputes will be initiated for any reason related to inability or failure to open an assisted living facility.

All payments are final once access to the course is provided or services are rendered.


8. NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Clients agree not to:

Share, distribute, replicate, or otherwise disseminate any course materials, templates, documents, or proprietary information provided by SSM Advisory.

Record, reproduce, or forward content without express written permission.

Engage in defamation, slander, or libel (including online reviews or social media posts) that may harm the business reputation of SSM Advisory or its team members.

All guidance, tools, documents, and strategies shared are confidential and for the sole use of the enrolled Client.


9. NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE

You agree to refrain from making any negative, false, or disparaging statements about SSM Advisory, Kwame Tanner, team members, services, materials, or outcomes in any public forum, social media, or private messaging intended to harm the company's reputation.

Violation of this clause may result in legal action for reputational damage.


10. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You may not:

Use the Website or Supporting Platforms for unlawful activity.

Infringe upon or misappropriate our intellectual property.

Share course access or consulting documents with non-enrolled individuals or third parties.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content—written, audio, video, and digital—is the sole property of SSM Advisory. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for their personal use in launching and operating an assisted living business. Unauthorized use or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SSM Advisory is not responsible for business results, licensing outcomes, delays, or denials from state agencies. Client accepts full responsibility for implementing strategies and submitting documentation.

In any dispute, SSM Advisory’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Client.


13. PAYMENT TERMS

All services, including digital products and consulting packages, must be paid in full before access is granted. No refunds will be issued once course materials have been accessed or consulting has begun.


14. VIP CONSULTING PACKAGE

Includes 5 hours of virtual, email-based advisory support.

Additional hours may be purchased upon request.

Calls or video sessions are optional and based on availability.

Clients must communicate and schedule consulting through Honeybook only.

Missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of that session time.


15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree to resolve disputes through informal good-faith negotiation for 30 days.

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Claims involving intellectual property or injunctive relief may proceed in court.


16. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal claims or proceedings must take place in Maryland.


17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with any signed contracts or invoices, represent the full agreement between you and SSM Advisory. No oral modifications will be honored. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.


18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
